WHEN YOU ARRIVE:

The apartments are checked before and after each rental. If you, despite that, observe any irregularities in the apartment/the villa, you must inform us about it in the BEGINNING of your stay (at the latest 48H after your arrival) in order not to be held responsible for the problem in question.

DURING YOUR STAY:

- Never throw anything other than toilet paper in the WC (therefore, no sanitary napkins, tampons, cotton swabs etc.). If the toilets are blocked during your stay, we may need to collect the deposit.

- Always handle roller shutters with caution! They are fragile.

- Always close rolling shutters and canvas blinds when you are away from the apartment in case of wind.

-Always Turn off the AC when you are away from the apartment

- Do not leave any furniture under the rolling shutters as otherwise it will break the system if you put them down.

- Do not move furniture / objects.

- Respect your neighbors and the condominium guidelines.

- Do not smoke indoors or throw cigarette buds over the balcony!

-Do not hang towels on the outside railings.
